What certifications/affiliation does your company have?

We are proud to be certified members of the Control System Integration Association (CSIA). We earned this certification after successfully passing a rigorous independent audit. SYCON International’s performance was evaluated and assessed according to client-centric criteria having to do with system development, business management, and project management practices. Clients can rest assured that we follow industry standards and best practices, and we will be around for a long time to support them.

In addition, all our employees are enrolled in our internal employee development lifecycle where a culture of learning and continuous improvement is cultivated. Technical and management industry standards, best practices and bodies of knowledge form the backbone of our on-the-job training opportunities.

Project managers are required to achieve Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the Project Management Institute. All technical resources are encouraged to seek International Society of Automation’s (ISA) Certified Automation Professional (CAP) certification.
